I had a lovely experience ordering from Paper County! ❤️

Despite some shipping issues, Honami was incredibly kind and helpful. She kept me updated, contacted the post office, and went above and beyond to make sure my order arrived.

My Penco clips came safely packaged, along with the sweetest stickers and some chocolate! 🥹💕

Thank you so much, Honami, for your kindness and wonderful customer service! I’m very happy with my order and would definitely order again! 💌

This was such an amazing experience. As someone who was hesitant to purchase out of country the process was so seamless. Honami is sweet, patient, and efficient. I was able to place an order with Paper County, for items I had been searching for without success for quite a while. Not only did my order arrive quickly, it arrived cutely packaged and showed such care. The joy I felt opening my package will never be forgotten! Thank you so much for this experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This was my second order, and once again I’m so happy with everything! Everything was lovely, and I can absolutely recommend her shop. Thank you so much for the beautiful gifts as well, such a sweet surprise!

J'adore ma commande et en plus elle est arrivée très joliment emballée.

I'm very happy with my order; the items are beautiful and lovingly handcrafted, and the package was packed with so much love. Thank you so much!

Paper County is THE go to place for gifts you want to give to people you appreciate all year round. I just ordered 8 affirmation glasses for my kids’ teachers. Thank you for all your work and kind attentions!

I ordered mildliner highlighters from Honami and the products was packaged with care and easy to recycle. I am super grateful for the small message and cute freebies she had also generously given me which certainly brightened my day!
